As a practice, we are constantly working to improve the care we provide to you. For patients who require regular check-ups, we will therefore be working in partnership with the organisation Viduet.
Viduet will send you emails on behalf of the practice. These messages may, for example, be an invitation to complete a short medical questionnaire. Or an invitation email letting you book an appointment with us straight away. Do any additional tests need to be carried out before the appointment, such as blood tests? Then you will receive the invitation for this first. For blood tests, you may sometimes receive an email from SALT / OLVG Oost.
We are very happy with this new partnership with Viduet. Together, we can ensure that your appointment takes place on time and that you are well prepared. Over the coming year, you will automatically be enrolled in the program if this applies to you. You do not need to do anything yourself. Do you have any questions? You can set up an email address yourself and let us know what it is.
If you do not have an email address, we will contact you by telephone.
What if I’ve already booked an appointment and receive an invitation from Viduet?
Then click the button in the email that says: ‘I’ve already made the appointment’
What if I don’t want to make an appointment?
Please inform the practice that you are opting out of the check-up.
I haven’t received a request for an examination, but I have received an invitation to an appointment.
So what should I do?
Your healthcare provider will assess which tests are necessary.
If you receive an invitation, please always make an appointment, even if you haven’t received a test.
Do I have to sort everything out online?
Not at all! Even if you’re not very good with computers or smartphones, we’re happy to help. You can simply do things by phone.
