Since March 1st, you can visit our practice for the walk-in consultation hours of the Amsterdam Neighbourhood Team (Jordaan location).
When: every week from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Where: Palmdwarsstraat 38
You can walk in without an appointment with questions or problems you are not able to solve on your own.
The neighbourhood team can help you with:
- Financial problems or debt
- Questions about housing
- Loneliness or need for support
- Arranging care or support in the neighbourhood
- Contact with agencies and administrative matters
- Setting up or using your patient portal
You do not need to be a patient at our practice to use this consultation hour.
